ServSafe Food Handlers Course

CourseGraphic This class is no-cost to residents or employees in West Virginia - it is covered by a Tourism and Hospitality grant awarded to BRCTC by the WVCTC. This Food Handler's course includes content in five sections:  Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. The written exam will be given the same day.  Those who pass will receive their Food Handler's card. Students may then take their card to their local health department to receive their Certified Food Handler's ID.
