Supervision 2 Day Intense Training

This intense two-day course is a must for newly appointed Supervisors or for experienced supervisors that want to be better! Effective first-line supervision is critical to the success of every organization. Having well trained supervisors translates into achievement of organizational goals. The course utilizes real life situations, exercises and assessments that students can apply immediately when they return to work.
