Congratulations on landing that promotion or achieving the job of your dreams. It’s certainly something to celebrate — and yet, you find yourself feeling anxious, doubting your skills or feeling undeserving of the role. Before you know it, you’ve gone down a rabbit hole and convinced yourself that you only got this position out of sheer luck and that other people will figure out you’re unqualified.
These feelings are common when we find ourselves in challenging new roles - but how do we overcome them?  In the course "Overcoming Imposter Syndrome", you will learn 8 strategies and tactics to regain your confidence and refocus on the skills and abilities that got you into your new position.

Jones helps employees at all levels of an organization face professional workplace challenges head-on, and leads them to breakthroughs.  Through vibrant conversations and participative presentations, Jason brings years of collegiate-level teaching as well as corporate training and personal/executive coaching experience to his time with your organization’s employees.  His casual approach is engaging, and he gives his audiences information and strategies than can be put into action immediately
