The ServSafe program helps prepare you for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam. Register to receive a voucher for taking the online exam at Blue Ridge CTC Tech Center with a proctor.  This listing is good for voucher and exam and voucher and exam retakes.
Please bring photo ID, and arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time.  The exam is scheduled for 2 hours.  Results should be available within 48 hours online.
Should you prefer a paper and pencil exam with proctor, note that the paper and pencil version must be ordered in advance and scoring takes 14 days to complete.  Contact dvermill@blueridgectc.edu to request paper and pencil version.
