CourseGraphic Food Handler's course includes content in five sections:  Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. The course is approximately 2 hours long.  The written exam will be given that day.  Those who pass will receive their Food Handler's card. Students may then take their card to their local health department to receive their Certified Food Handler's ID.
