AI Job-Ready Applications Boot Camp

Blue Ridge CTC is pleased to announce our new AI Job-Ready Applications Boot Camp.  This 36-hour course is designed to give the learner a foundational understanding of AI.  Students will learn, over the course of 9 weeks, key concepts of AI, machine learning basics, neural networks/deep learning, AI applications, and advanced topics.  Students will apply their learning to an AI capstone project.

Live classes will be held at the Tech Center, Room T03 on Wednesdays. Thursdays class is held via zoom. Camera must be on at all times during class.  Both days each week are required for attendance.

Upon successful completion of the final exam with a grade of 75% or higher, a Blue Ridge CTC AI Applications 2025 micro-credential badge may be awarded. Students may receive a letter of attendance by completing 80% of the course assignments and class attendance. This course involves very complex concepts and requires a high level of concentration, preferably for students with statistics and analytics backgrounds.

Instructor:
Dr. Mo Reda

Dr. Mo Reda is an Internationally recognized cybersecurity and IT expert,
with multiple awards in technology. He has developed, implemented,
and guided strategic cybersecurity and technology projects and global
partnerships for over thirty years in the United States, Europe, Africa, and
the Middle East. Dr. Reda has a doctorate in Computer Science and Applied
Artificial Intelligence Modeling, a PhD in Economics, and a BA in Economics
and Political Science.
