Learn to prioritize your customer needs, expectations, and overall satisfaction. We will explore ways to build strong relationships and create customer loyalty.
Organizational Culture - 10/8/25
Culture in the workplace is a shared set of norms and values that guide the organization. The norms, values and beliefs can influence employee behavior and the overall workplace environment. Join us as we explore culture in the workplace and the impact on the employees.
Feedback - 11/12/25
Feedback may seem like a dirty word. Lets explore how feedback can be a useful tool to help ourselves and others grow.
Public Speaking - 12/10/25
Join us as we take the fear out of public speaking. It is all about practice. Lets prepare you for the next opportunity.

Tiffany Hine, DTM – Tiffany Hine is the Director of Small Business Continuing Education and Training at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. She has over 20 years-experience in business development training. Tiffany brings real world, practical examples to her training as well as a little humor to reduce stress.
