• Pastry Cream
• Lady Fingers and rounds
• Prepare first layer of Charlotte Russe (England)
• Linzer Torte (Austria/Germany)
• Pavlova (Australia)
Day two:
• Make Ganache (France)
• Finish Eclairs and Cream Puffs
• Finish second layer and complete
• Bake and Finish Linzer Torte
• Finish Pavlova
