West Virginia Specific Real Estate for Brokers – Module 3 of the West Virginia Broker Pre-licensing Training is the third of three modules needed for the West Virginia Broker Pre-licensing Training. The three broker pre-licensing modules together provide the complete 90 hours of training required by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission. Students must take all three modules in order to apply to the WVREC to take the Broker Licensing examinations. Module 3 consists of 35 hours of WV pre-licensing education as approved by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission. The course reviews WV Licensing Act, Licensing Series 174, WV Agency, Trust Fund Account Management, Transaction Management, Risk Reduction, Legal and Ethical Standards, Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, New Construction, and Legal Updates to WV Licensing Laws. The final examination is in addition to the training hours, and students must pass the examination with a grade of 75 % or better in order to receive a certificate of completion. This course is offered via live classroom. Attendance to all classes is mandatory.

Human Resources Management – Module 2, is 25 hours of Broker pre-licensing education course is offered at BRCTC.
West Virginia Real Estate for Brokers – Module 1, is 30 hours of approval Broker pre-licensing education. This course will be offered at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College.
