Short Description: The Administrative Assistant Program is designed for individuals who want to strengthen essential office skills, increase productivity, and add immediate value in a fast?paced professional environment. Office professionals are expected to handle a wide range of responsibilities, and this course provides the practical tools, strategies, and real?world insights needed to manage them effectively. Offered through our accredited school partners, the program supports career starters and experienced professionals alike who are looking to sharpen skills, stay current with business practices, or advance their career prospects.
Instructor Description: This class is supported by an Educational Mentor. Educational mentors have worked or are working in the subject they mentor. Educational Mentors review student work, student progress, and interact with students as needed. They respond to any questions or concerns you might have, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed.
Certification: Upon successfully completing the Administrative Assistant course, students will be eligible to sit for the National Certification Board (NCBC) exam to earn the Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) credential. Completion of the Microsoft® Office 2019 course prepares students to take the Microsoft Office 2019 certification exams.
