The Blue Ridge CTC Academy of Hospitality and Culinary Arts is excited to offer summer culinary workshops for culinary educators, chefs, small businesses, and culinary enthusiasts!

Learn how to plan and prepare a menu for a cozy Bed & Breakfast experience. 

 
Day One: 
•   Prepare croissant dough
•    Sweet dough
•    Blueberry scones
 Prepare for Day Two
•    Fresh Fruit Board
•    Yogurt Parfaits
 (add a compound salad, dressing or dip)

Day Two: 
  • Create and bake cinnamon rolls
  • Fruit danish
  • Croissants 
  • Eggs Benedict
  • Frittatas
