The Blue Ridge CTC Academy of Hospitality and Culinary Arts is excited to offer summer culinary workshops for culinary educators, chefs, small businesses, and culinary enthusiasts!
Join Chef Miriam Conroy on a culinary adventure exploring Chinese Cuisine and American Chinese food.
Lunch is on your own Tuesday during the Day 1 shopping trip. Lunch is provided on Wednesday by our Bruin Café staff.
Day One, Part One: Ingredient Shopping
H Mart in Frederick, MD.
Meet Chef Miriam at 10am
Tour the store with Chef Miriam and take the mystery out of buying international ingredients. Bring a bag and do some shopping of your own.
Day One, Part Two: Preparation
• Lunch at the Food Court (11am)
• Return to the BRCTC Lab for Q&A session
• Prep ingredients for Day Two
• Clean up and store ingredients
Day Two: Cooking
• Cabbage, Pork, and Shrimp Eggrolls
