Introduces the Microsoft Office environment, including the Office interface, file management, text manipulation, basic editing tools, AutoCorrect, and productivity commands used across Office applications.
Module 2: Microsoft Word – Foundations
Focuses on creating, formatting, and organizing documents. Topics include document layout, styles, headers and footers, numbering, tables, and tools that improve speed and efficiency in Word.
Module 3: Microsoft Word – Advanced Features
Expands Word skills to include proofreading and collaboration tools, desktop publishing features, themes, document review, reports and academic documents, tables of contents, and bibliographies.
Module 4: Microsoft Excel
Covers spreadsheet creation and data management, including entering and refining data, formulas and functions, worksheet layout, data analysis, and managing information lists.
Module 5: Microsoft PowerPoint
Introduces presentation design and delivery, including slide creation, themes, transitions, animations, multimedia integration, notes, rehearsing, and timing presentations.
Module 6: Microsoft Outlook
