                     Install a light or ceiling fan
                     Basic 110 and 220 volt electricity
 
Plumbing
                Basic toilet tank repair
               Soldering copper
                Shut off valves
               Change washers in a faucet
               Replace faucets
 
Carpentry
               Install weather stripping/caulking
              Change door knobs/ locks
               Cut and install trim (base and chair)
               Shingle replacement
                Stone veneer installation
                Vinyl siding installation
                Soffitt installation
                Concrete forms
                Blueprint reading and drawing
