Achieving Supervision Excellence

Performance Evaluations:  February 26, 2025   |     8am until Noon
We seem to have a love/hate relationship with performance evaluations.  Why is that?  Learn ways to not stress out over completing your employees evaluations.  **This course does not focus on the HR side of evaluations.  The course focuses on the process and employee.

Stress and Burnout in the Workplace:  March 26, 2025    |     8am until Noon
Is your hair on fire everyday?  Does it seem like you can never get anything accomplished?  Join as we explore what is behind stress and burnout and what you can do to decrease some of the stress that leads to burnout.  Be prepared to participate in some burnout exercises!

  Crucial Conversations:  April 23, 2025    |      8am until Noon
No one enjoys having the difficult conversations.  No one enjoys delivering bad news.  As a leader, you will be expected to do both of these.  Let’s explore ways to make these conversations easier for you and your employees.  We can’t avoid these conversations so let’s make them more effective.

 Goal Setting:  May 28, 2025    |      8am until Noon
