Motivation/Recognition – August 14, 2024 from 8am - noon
Motivating and Recognizing our employees is a crucial responsibility of a leader. Making sure that employees are coming to work each day ready to give their all to the organization is vital to long-term success. Learn ways to motivate and recognize employees that will have a lasting impact and develop long-term employment.
Employee Value – September 18, 2024 from 8am - noon
Leaders have to understand the value that employees bring to an organization. If an employee does not feel valued in the workplace, they are less likely to stick around. Participate in discussions to learn how to better value your employees and understand that without them success is less likely.
Team Building – October 16, 2024 from 8am - noon
Taking a group of people and molding them into a team is a skill. Join us as we explore ways to create a team and develop that team into a high-performance team. Be prepared to participate in some fun team building activities that you can recreate for your own team.
Non-verbal Communication – November 13, 2024 from 8am - noon
Can you believe that non-verbal communication is close to 65% of human’s overall communication every day? There are so many nuances to non-verbal communication and everyone can benefit from better understanding how to interpret non-verbals. Join us as we dive into the world of non-verbal communication and how it can be impacting your overall communication.

Tiffany Hine, DTM – Tiffany Hine is the Director of Small Business Continuing Education and Training at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. She has over 20 years-experience in business development training. Tiffany brings real world, practical examples to her training as well as a little humor to reduce stress.
