This course offers a comprehensive exploration of artificial intelligence's role in revolutionizing small businesses and the hospitality industry. Participants will engage in interactive sessions showcasing AI tools for:
  • customer service enhancement
  • predictive analytics
  • operational efficiencies.
Class will experience firsthand the impact of AI in personalizing customer experiences and improving decision-making processes. The course includes practical workshops where attendees will use AI technologies to:
  • analyze customer data
  • improve service delivery
  • strategize marketing efforts
This class structure provides students valuable, real-world AI application skills.
