CourseGraphic This course meets the education requirements of the West Virginia Real Estate Commission for real estate pre-licensing WV REC Provider # 66 . Students must have a completion certificate from this course in order to apply for the West Virginia Real Estate. This course is totally live and in-person, 90% attendance is required. Students must receive a final grade of 70% or higher in order to receive a certificate of completion.  There will be no class on the following dates: July 3, 2026 and July 29, 2026.
