Join us for a flavorful journey through the history of the chili pepper—the “gift from the gods” that traveled from the Americas to kitchens around the world. This class includes a brief historical lecture presentation, a chili tasting station, and hands-on cooking featuring two iconic dishes: Aztec Chili with Corn Tortillas and Fiery Pork Vindaloo.
